Tiffany Cochran, '05 & '23, was deciding between two universities before being named the recipient of a UCM Alumni Foundation Scholarship, which swayed her decision to choose the University of Central Missouri. Because of the generosity of the Jim and Alma Lee Hooker Endowed Scholarship, Tiffany was able to graduate with her Bachelor's degree debt-free in only three and a half years. During her college days, she met her husband, Casey Cochran '06, a classmate and member of Theta Chi, and they now have two young daughters.

Tiffany was eager to make a difference and put her fashion and merchandising degree to use by working as an area manager and recruiter with a retail company for over thirteen years. She oversaw multiple locations, led large teams, and planned events, including campus recruitment events, where she created a pipeline for students to start learning business fundamentals through internships, which then led students to successful careers. Cochran frequently returned to UCM, sharing her real-world experience as an academic volunteer by serving on the Management Advisory Board for the Harmon College of Business & Professional Studies, providing her time as a student mentor, advising on curriculum as a member of the UCM Fashion Advisory Board, and supporting Career Services by volunteering to conduct mock interviews with students. She serves as an advisor for Alpha Sigma Alpha at the university.

Tiffany began at the UCM Alumni Foundation as Director of University Events in January of 2019. In October 2020, she became Senior Director of Events and Alumni Engagement. She obtained a Master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration and continues to impact students' education as an Adjunct Faculty for the Fashion program. Tiffany is a proud, hardworking, enthusiastic alumna who looks forward to engaging with constituents to build lifelong relationships with the University of Central Missouri.
